Silverman, Modified (4 Piece) Needle With Split Cannula
This four piece modification has an outer 14G thin wall cannula with sharp beveled point and a fitted stylet with matched point. The inner biopsy cannula has sharp keen cutting edges and a special snare at the distal end for biopsy retention. These snares help to sever, rather than tear the biopsied tissue. A fitted stylet is provided for biopsy removal.
