GRINDING
PRICON’S core competency is in grinding variety of Needle Points, Trocars & Trephines Blade Tips etc.. Fully Automatic PLC/CNC controlled special point grinding machines integrated with micro glass bead blasting ensures consistent and high quality of Needle bevel. Ev en the Trephine (Biopsy Punch) grinding machine is CNC controlled with auto loading system.The Grinding Division is supported by Surface finish improvement tumblers & polishers,electropolising & passivation and robust High pressure water jet & ultrasonic cleaning system to ensure high finish high, quality, burr free & clean products.
With the advent of new technologies and demand for variety of point geometries, we have developed many grinding systems & processes. These Tips/bevels are supported by additional sophisticated processes to make them Non coring, ecogenic & deflected points.

INJECTION MOULDING
The Injection Moulding Division at PRICON is having numerous high tech hydraulic & all electric moulding machine which are supported by Plastic Engineering, Design & Tool Room. All the components for Syringes, Needles, Specialty Needles, Luer Locks Blade Handles,Bi Manuals Etc. are moulded in-house on state of art Moulding Machines. Moulding is carried under class 100,000(Class 8) clean rooms under competent plastic technologists and engineers.
Most of the Medical Devices are manufactured from medical Grade Polymers as Polypropylene, ABS, Polycarbonate,Nylon,Teflon,Elastomers. Etc.
ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING
- At PRICON we have complete assembly and packaging lines as under.
- Reusable Hypodermic Needle Assembly line,
- Single use Needle Assembly Line
- Single use Syringe Assembly lines for multiple sizes (0.1,0.5,1,2,5,10 & 20 Ml )
- The single use product assemblies are carried under validated Class 10,000 (Class 7) Clean rooms .This also include Spinal Needles, Biopsy Needles, Veress Needles, Huber Needles, Complete Ophthalmic Cannula & Blade Assembly Lines. We use medical Grad Epoxy as well as UV for bonding the Componets
- These assembly lines are integrated with requisite Packaging Lines which include Flow Wrap, Soft Blister, Hard Blister, and Pouch Packing machines. We offer our clients, solutions for packaging of products as per their requirements as well. We assure assembly ,packaging, labelling and Sterilization adhering highest Industry Standards adhering World GMP Standards.
