The product assemblies are carried in Class 10000 Clean Rooms.The Syringes & AD Syringes have
separate lines for each size i.e. 0.5cc / 1cc, 2cc, 3cc, 5cc, 10cc & 20cc. These assembly
lines produce approx. 10000 Syringes per hour per line. The Needle Assembly machines are
full y automatic with inbuilt inspection system for blockage & reverse needle point. We
use epoxy bonding & UV curing both for needle bonding.
The assembly of Spinal Needle,
Ophthalmic blades, Specialty Needles is done mostly by using adhesive bonding with the
help of Jigs & Fixtures. All the finished products go through rigorous inspection and
further testing prior to packaging.
